I’m a coach, executive leader for a global non-profit, mother of twins, and someone who knows what it means to grow into a life that reflects who you really are. I grew up in rural Ohio, in a space and time when being myself was not allowed. I found my way early in my 20s, but it took another decade to really become who I am today. For decades, I have led people, built teams, and helped others step more fully into their strengths, voice, and purpose. Alongside that leadership, I’ve spent 5 years training as a certified coach and spent 20+ years studying life, potential, and confidence coaching, always drawn to the work of moving others towards becoming themselves fully. What makes my coaching different is that I do not just plan with my clients, I help them execute their dreams and goals. I do not work from performance, pressure, or reinvention for its own sake. I work from integration. I navigate women in their identity, reinvention, and belonging after a major life change.
