This work is about integration who you are, after a major life decision, into how you live. You will live with more clarity, self-trust and connections to confidently be who you were meant to be.
You may already know something import have shifted. But know it and living it are not the same. My coaching moved women from inner knowing to grounded, visible, everyday alignment.

The first signature offering within Graceful Emergence is Gayly Forward. This guided coaching journery for midlife LGBTQ+ women who are outand ready to reclaim clarity, confidence and connections into who they are now. It is designed for women who have already made brave life changes and are asking, what now?
This is not about reinventing yourself from scratch. It is about untangling who you’ve been, reclaiming who you are now, and embodying that identify without apology.

Meet Stacey
Hi!
I’m a coach, executive leader for a global non-profit, mother of twins, and someone who knows what it means to grow into a life that reflects who you really are.
I grew up in rural Ohio, in a space and time when being myself was not allowed. I found my way early in my 20s, but it took another decade to really become who I am today.
For decades, I have led people, built teams, and helped others step more fully into their strengths, voice, and purpose. Alongside that leadership, I’ve spent 5 years training as a certified coach and spent 20+ years studying life, potential, and confidence coaching, always drawn to the work of moving others towards becoming themselves fully.
What makes my coaching different is that I do not just plan with my clients, I help them execute their dreams and goals. I do not work from performance, pressure, or reinvention for its own sake. I work from integration.
I navigate women in their identity, reinvention, and belonging after a major life change.
That is the work I care most about: helping women move from inner knowing to embodied living; with clarity, self-trust and connections.
